Each row is set with 16 brilliant cut diamonds set in a white Millegrain setting to a yellow shank with Chenier shoulders. The 7x5mm Sapphire weighs 1.31cts and the 32 diamonds weigh 0.41cts in total. All mounted in 18ct Gold. Hallmarked. 6.00 grams. Size N.
